These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services provided by Firm Tech INC ("Firm Tech," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
Firm Tech provides AI receptionists and voice/chat agents, workflow and CRM automation, marketing automation, SEO and paid ads, website and funnel development, and custom software systems. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are set out in the proposal, statement of work, or agreement signed with the client, which controls over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
If you believe you've been billed in error, contact us within two weeks of the charge and we'll review it. Outside that window, payments already made are non-refundable. Deposits paid toward project work are non-refundable once work has begun, including in cases where a client chooses to withdraw from the project.
Each party may share confidential information with the other in the course of an engagement — including business, technical, and personnel information not otherwise public. Both parties agree to protect that information and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This doesn't apply to information that is already public, independently developed, rightfully received from a third party without restriction, or required to be disclosed by law (in which case we'll give reasonable notice where legally permitted).
Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for their project. Where a deliverable includes Firm Tech's pre-existing tools, frameworks, or components necessary for it to function, Firm Tech retains ownership of those components and grants the client a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them as part of the delivered work.
You agree not to use this website to violate any applicable law, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the site's normal operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firm Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the notice period in Section 2. Firm Tech may suspend or terminate access to this website for anyone who violates these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Firm Tech INC is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a signed client agreement specifies otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
